★Quality Guarantee

　　1. Only qualified product full compliance with the design standards shall be delivered according to the requirements of the related contracts strictly.

　　2. The quality of raw materials, components and parts shall be checked and controlled severely when entered into our factory.

　　3. Guarantee that all of the manufacturing procedures and testing methods of our products shall be in place. Any defective product shall not be shipped.

　　4. We shall be responsible for all the issues in connection with the delivery, quality, equipment performance, technical interface and service of sub-contractors. For some key parts according to the provisions of the contract, the sub-contractors shall meet the requirements of relative qualification and shall be approved by the buyer.

　　5. Relative standards and diagram paper shall be provided to the supervision organization according to the provisions of the contract, and it shall be convenient for the supervision. It shall be informed to the buyer and the representative of the supervision organization ahead of 7 days when the stoppage on the production of supervised machines will be done for the check and inspection.

　　6. Any quality defect found during the manufacturing process shall be reported to the buyer and the representative of the supervision organization without any hiding. If the defect doesn’t meet the standards prescribed in the contract, the provider shall replace the machine unconditionally. During the installation and test run, if any quality problem arising, we shall solve the problem first and identify who should take the responsibility later, considering that everything shall be for the needs of the project progress.

　　7. All of to-be-delivered equipments shall be insured during the manufacturing, transporting and shipping process. If any accident happens, we will immediately replace or repair the provided equipments freely as the buyer requires, till the buyer is satisfied.

　　8. If any part is lost during the acceptance by opening the package or owing to other reasons, we will be responsible for the supply of the parts as soon as possible without any charge. If any quality issue found during the installation, testing and future running for which we should be responsible, we shall take the responsibility and compensate the buyer for any direct economic lose.

　　★Technical Service Guarantee

　　1. All of the technical materials and diagram paper shall be provided immediately to the buyer as required in the contract.The provider has the obligation to invite the buyer to participate in the technical review with the provider if necessary.

　　2. The provider shall arrive at the field to provide technical service as scheduled by the buyer, and instruct the buyer to install and conduct trial run partly and as a whole according to the requirements of the technical materials and diagram paper provided by the provider.

　　3. For the fittings related to the contracted equipments purchased by the buyer, the provider shall actively provide the technical conditions and materials which can meet the requirements of equipment interface.

　　4.Both parties shall strictly implement the agreement which is entered into with regard of the meeting minutes on certain issues.

　　5. Some training courses on the installation, test, use and technical maintenance shall be held for the buyer according to the provisions of the contract.

　　6. We shall enhance the pre-sale, sale and after-sale service, and execute “24h service”, “superior service”, “whole process service” and “whole life service” during the whole process of manufacturing, installation, test and large repair.
