★After-sale Service Guarantee

　　1、The guarantee period will last 12 months from the shipping of the machine.

　　2、 If any project requires our personnel to guide the installation and testing on site according to the provisions of the mentioned contract when the goods are arrived and accepted, our personnel will assure to be careful and responsible, work onsite closely with the operating persons from the user, solve problems actively, and complete the installation and testing and also onsite technical training in a high quality and efficiency manner.

　　3、We guarantee to provide sufficient spare parts to our customers, and eliminate their worries on the machine maintenance.

　　4、When the buyer requires onsite service, the provider shall response within 2 hours after receiving the notice, and if necessary, service persons shall arrive the field within 48 hours, instruct the installation of machines and assist with the testing without any charge.

　　5、After the guarantee period, if the buyer feels it’s necessary to ask the provider for onsite service, the provider will deliver onsite service actively.

　　6、The technical training shall be conducted and related technical materials of our products and other advanced technical information will be provided according to our customers’ needs without any charge.

　　7、We offer 3-R guarantees for all our products: guaranteed refund, replacement and repair.

　　"Refund"----any machine shall be refunded if the quality fails to meet the technical requirements.

　　“Replacement”----any parts shall be replaced if the quality fails to meet the technical requirements.

　　“Repair”----within the guarantee period, we shall repair the machine without any charge if the malfunction belongs to our quality responsibilities; If not or expire the guarantee period, Only the cost of the repair will be charged.
